I find it interesting that sometimes the main flaw of a character is their innocence more than anything else. In The Count of Monte Cristo, it is Dantes's innocence that causes him to get entangled in the events that eventually lead to him being thrown in d'If. As I've said before, Star Wars bad fic writers are a special breed, and I mean SPECIAL. No one, save HP fans can write badfic like they can (though the Pirates of the Caribbean and Supernatural fandoms run pretty close seconds). Frankly I only mock the summaries.
